All production machinery was purchased new and sourced from Germany.

• We have the ability to mould any particle foam item up to a maximum size of 1650mm l x 870 w x 500mm d, which covers all general enquiries.
• All moulds are currently multi-cavity moulds.

All auxiliary equipment was purchased new and commissioned along with the original installation to support and enhance our capabilities.

• We have the ability to alter and manipulate finished part densities according to customer requirements.
• All machinery is controlled by state-of-the-art touch screen PLC technology.

We ensure our products meet our customer’s requirements by:

• 3rd party labs verifying physical and chemical proper
• Insisting on C.O.C’s with every batch of material received
• Receiving inspection – density and dimensional evaluation in process control by taking parts and recording results every half hourly
